The Lagos State Police Command has intensified investigations into the delivery of a suspicious parcel containing live ammunition to the residence of the Managing Director of First Bank in Lagos. 62mm live ammunition concealed inside a parcel delivered to his home. According to him, the package was initially received by the executive’s security guard before being handed over to him. “Upon opening the parcel, the Managing Director reportedly found the ammunition, prompting him to alert security authorities,” he said.
Speaking during a media briefing, Fatai described the development as a serious security concern and assured that detectives were working to unravel the circumstances surrounding the delivery.
