PDP's Ombugadu Returns, Vows Support for Tinubu in 2027
Former PDP gubernatorial candidate Emmanuel Ombugadu has returned to his party after a brief stint in the APC. Ombugadu clarified his decision to join the APC, stating it was driven by a desire to support President Tinubu's agenda in Nasarawa State.
During a visit to the Correspondents Chapel office in Lafia, Ombugadu expressed his disappointment in the APC, citing frustration as the reason for his return to the PDP.
A Commitment to President Tinubu's Vision
Despite his return to the PDP, Ombugadu emphasized that it would not hinder his commitment to working towards the victory of President Tinubu in the 2027 elections. He cited the award of the Akwanga-Jos road contract as a motivating factor for his support.
Personal Connection to Infrastructure Development
Ombugadu shared that he had lost friends due to poor road conditions in the region and is determined to support the president's infrastructure development efforts. The awarding of the Akwanga-Jos road construction contract by President Tinubu has further strengthened his resolve to work towards the president's 2027 ambitions.
