The Chief Whip of Bauchi State House of Assembly, Hon Musa Wakili Nakwada, has announced his withdrawal from the 2027 general elections
Nakwada, who is a second term member representing Bogoro Constituency, disclosed this in a letter he personally signed and made available to journalists in Bauchi
The letter reads,”I wish to write and withdraw my contest as the flag bearer of Bauchi State House of Assembly, Bogoro Constituency, Bogoro Local Government Area, Bauchi State, under our great party, Allied People’s Movement(APM)”
The lawmaker added, “I have accepted it in good faith and as a will of God for the Peace, Unity and Development of Bogoro Constituency I am Appealing to all my teeming supporters to accept this my withdrawal as a will of God.”
